Main Floor:

The house is spacious, yet still cozy with a (20x20 ft.)"Sunken" Den with Bay windows.

The new flooring in the Hallway continues into the the Living room, which  highlights a rock-walled insert Fireplace. From here, there are sliding glass doors that lead out onto a large Patio, or into (1 of the 2) main floor  dining areas.

The kitchen is tastefully up-dated with an openness that includes 1 of the 2 dining areas, giving it a modern “country” feel. Of course there’s a large Pantry/Laundry room next to the Kitchen. Did we say all the appliances Washer & Dryer are new and included...? There is also 2 partial bathrooms and a entrance "boot/mud" room.

The upper level;

The upper level meets all the needs with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The full basement is partially finished, which includes a Sauna, Work Area, Cold Room, Large Play Area, and offers even more possibilities.

The glass doors from the Living Room lead onto large concrete raised deck, overlooking a very private back yard. The Rockies are to the East, and the Cariboo Mountains can be seen to the West. Deer have been known to frequent the Apple, Cherry and Pear trees. The best part is the Hot Tub/Swirl Pool, A perfect area for entertaining in a private back yard.

An R.V. site is halfway up the driveway towards the industrial shop. Its tucked into a semi-private spot with its own fire pit, lawn, and is serviced with Water and Sewage. There's easy access to power on the existing pole, and its a perfect spot for accommodating your RV company, or offers more permanent possibilities.

Left; Looking at the RV site tucked into an open spot behind the trees.         Right: In front of the shop is a turn around area large enough for a B-train.

Most men only dream of owning a shop like this. The  Shop is 48’x 50’, with its 6” of insulation, metal roof, 12" of concrete floors with drains, the wood stove keeps it warm even on the coldest of winter nights. Work benches are conveniently strapped along the exterior back and side walls. Stairs lead up to a storage mezzanine that would be big enough to convert into living quarters if needed.  Whether you fill it with RV’s & toys, farm equipment, or use it for a work area. You will be impressed with the 2 large roll-up doors (13.6 x 12 ft. & 12 x 12 ft.) that will accommodate most vehicles; Highway trucks, Logging equipment, or Farm machinery. The open floor plan allows for diversified projects, and the possibilities are endless. There is also a full bathroom addition and attached cooler/meat cutting area.

 The barn has a tack room, stalls, calving pens and a loft. The floor is concrete, and there are doors on every side. It's fully wired and has a self-draining water pipe just outside.
